About the event

The class will occur weeknights May 17-26 from 6:30-8:30 PM. This should allow ample time for detailed discussion and learning while breaking it up into more consumable time chunks. 

$75 for existing members & $100 for non-members THIS IS NOT A BEGINNER COURSE and requires at least 1 year of beekeeping experience, see more info here: https://wasba.org/education/apprentice/

Topics: Honey Bee characteristics & anatomy, equipment/clothing, hive management, diseases, pesticides, services & products, native pollinators, forage, helping pollinators - many of these topics have the basics covered during Beginner Beekeeper, this class is focused on a more in depth, nuanced discussion providing more options for consideration by experienced beekeepers.
