how to mix up 1 gallon of sugar syrup

Double click on the post to see the attached recipes - pdf file.

When I started beekeeping, I found recipes for sugar syrup, but not specific enough to get just a gallon of syrup which is a handy quantity to put into one or more containers for a backyard hobbyist to use. Some even debated with themselves about whether a pint equals a pound, NOT important IMHO. I hope new beekeepers especially find these two recipes helpful. If not, keep good notes so you will have your own recipe!

I’m happy you were able to get the pdf from the website. I’m not very techy, but will ask one of our members who is what I can do when uploading a file to help people be able to get it from the app. It’s likely something I am or am not doing, but there may be something our tech officer can do to help.

Thanks for the post, but I am unable to access the pdf recipe. I have an Android device. Double clicking the post does not open anything.

You need to install the pdf app on your android phone/device so that you read it locally.
